I started my journey as a supplement expert over 24 years ago in Walnut Grove BC. I was fortunate enough to be trained by Sharon Bromley who had been working in the industry for over 20 years at that point. I then moved on to study at Grant McEwan College in Edmonton AB. This is where I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Introduction to Iridology, Basic counselling skills, Healing touch, Numerology, Colour therapy, Anatomy and Physiology. Then I moved on to graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Moncton NB then finally graduated from Belnea Institute in the Complementary Health Care Practitioner; as an aromatherapist, reflexologist, Womens health, bach flower practitioner, Homeopathy basics. I enjoyed working in Health Food Stores where I got to help people with many areas of their health from body mind and spirit. I am so happy to be able to bring all my experience into my private practice where I get to coach and help many along in their health journey. 

Your dreams are very specific to you and your life experience. The subconscious mind is very impressionable an has been programmed by your emotions and its connection to the symbols of the outside world. I was shown this particular type pf dream interpretation when I was only 15 years old. Over the years I have developed a specific way to understand what the mind is actually saying when it is dreaming.
