My Journey to becoming a Naturopath
I started my career as a supplement expert in 2000/2001 in Walnut Grove BC. I was fortunate enough to be trained by Sharon Bromley who had been working in the industry for over 20 years at that point. I then moved on to study at Grant McEwan College in Edmonton AB. This is where I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Introduction to Iridology, Basic counselling skills, Healing touch, Numerology, Colour therapy, Anatomy and Physiology. Then I moved on to graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Moncton NB, then finally graduated from Belnea Institute as a Complementary Health Care Practitioner; in aromatherapy, reflexology, Womens health, Bach Flower practitioner and Homeopathy basics. I also worked in Health Food Stores along the was where I got to help people with many areas with their health body, mind and spirit.
I am so happy to be able to bring all my experience into my private practice where I get to coach and help many along in their health journey.
Inner Child Healing
In 2019 I began my journey as a past life regressionist and Neurolinguitic Programmer. These modalities lead me to the tools to healing the inner child and reconnecting to my higher being. Through this work I have been able to help many people manage and discover the ways with which anxiety causes the mind to have automatic limiting thoughts/stories attached to it.
This discovery all began as a coping mechanism to the loss of my biological dad. After he passed away I was a bit lost but I was also very focused on learning how to be a business person. I was left some inheritance after my dad passed away and I was determined to start a business that would run its self while i pursued my bigger dream to be a musician. The funniest part about that is you cant even find a video with me playing music. I also was pursewing studies on healing modalities, that is my passion, that is my life. I always used to say you cant help who you are, your true nature will always shine through. I believe this, in life the sooner you embrace who you’ve come to this earth to be an let go of all the ideas of who you should be the story beomes a lot less complicated.
So I went for healing with Frederic Saucy and he introduced me to this beautiful and unique Neuroliguistic programming technique and through him I became obsessed with how it works. I then started reading this book that I had picked up years ago years ago called NLP for Dummies.. lol I had to take advantage of and read it.. Then studied through Matthew Barnett. I also did a small stint doing past life regression classes and sessions with people so I was gaining eperience with hypnosis and relaxation techniques. Putting it all together I was developing meditations that were helping me to clear deep emotion pstterns and changing reactions that had alway been natural to me.I launched my first emptional release programme and those who participated was offered to join my one on one Emotioanl release sessions and I learned very quickly that people have core memory programs expressed as emotions and the mind makes up a lot of stories as a responce to the emotions
The changes to addictive behavious, the awareness of habits and recognizing when the mind discociates. Choosing to not have anxiety attachements to expressing your inner thoughts. Accepting that not everyone is goign to like that you disagree or choose to be treated differently. This may take time to adjust in your life. Just know that there is a transition into peace and happiness that happens and as it does those who do not vibrate in the same frequencies cannot be close to you. Not that one frrequency is better then the other it just is on a different radio station. That kind of thing. It happens to me all the time. People come onto my frequency then they check out of my friequency to only change again.
Childhood trauma can leave you with feelings of unworthiness, inability to perform basic tasks, and not able to give and receive love. This type of trauma often creates hardships in our relationships and harms our ability to communicate openly our emotions with others and ourselves.

- Reconnect to feelings of wonder, curiosity and healthy dependancy
